2003 expedition timing HELP.......

So heres the deal gents, I have an 2003 Ford Expedition with a 4.6 engine that I need to get back together. To spare you a long drawn out story, while I was away on a deployment my wife had a spark plug blow out on the left Cylinder head all the way in the back. So my brother in law trying to help out pulled the old cylinder head off and slapped a new on, but he pulled the timing chain and gear and didn't mark it. So I have no way of knowing how to set the time. So I'm trying to get it back together. I have hit up a couple of you tube videos but those only help if you took it apart the right way.

Summary: The cylinder head is on but the left hand timing chain and gear isn't on. I need Help please.......
