Timing chain for Expedition

I am trying to install a timing chain on a 200 Ford Expedition with a 4.6 Windsor DOCH. I've read several manuals and none of them speak straight talk or even show an exact "blow up view" of these timing marks. The keyway and the dimple are in two seperate locations on each sprocket. Which is the mark. what and where do these timing marks need to be in order to put this chain back on. Can someone please give it to me straight...

Do you have access to alldata? They have good instructions. Make sure you have the tools to hold the camshafts in place as well.

Just an FYI, an Expy 4.6 Windsor is a SOHC engine (i.e, a single overhead cam per head). The Navigator Intech is a DOHC engine (i.e, two overhead cams per head).
In other words, a SOHC V-8 engine will have a total of two cams, while a DOHC V-8 engine will have a total of four cams.
