Timing
Gentleman,
So I have replaced the left cylinder head on my 2003 ford expedition, I'm having trouble finding a clear and concise way to time it. I have the timing chain cover off. Does anyone have any helpful hints?

The discolored link lines up with the mark on the cam sprocket.
