I got a custom tuned php chip that is tuned for a auto does it matter if I stick in on a 5 spd truck

My chip was burned for an auto and I'm running it with a ZF. You're good to go.

I read some where that there is different PCM codes and chips are burned to certain codes and they won't run right if not burned for the PCM code

I can't help with that. I can tell you that my tuner didn't ask for the code. I told him the year and that it was an auto. I'm now running a ZF with no issues.
