You either have a bad wire that has been rubbed through, or the connector at the back of the fuse box is corroded.
Have you had any windshield leaking or breakage issues. The happens sometimes when the windshield has a slow leak and the water drips on the fuse box and corrodes it.
You basically have to physically and electrically check that GRAY/Orange wire that runs from the multifunction switch connector (and the connector) all the way to the fuse box and it's associated connector.
I will follow the wire from the MFS on the column (which is pretty easy as I still have the column and the dash all apart from replacing the MFS) to the back of the fuse panel and check it out.
Just to be clear, should power run from the MFS when high beams are selected thru the Grey wire with an Orange stripe to the interior fuse panel and then to the C1034/C1035 (aero) connector on the high beam wire?

Ok, so I couldn't wait until morning...this is really driving me crazy.
I traced the wire all the way down into the interior fuse panel and it was hot when light switch is in the ON position and the multi function switch was in the forward (High Beams) position.
So it looks like I am going to have to disconnect the power at the battery and pull the harnesses from the fuse box, pull the box and open it up to see if I can figure out where the break in the circuit is.
