Low beams do not work!!! Need Help!!

Howdy y'all new member here. I am in need of some help. I have bought here recently a 1999 F250 Superduty 4x4 with the 7.3l and my problem is my low beam headlights do not work. My high beams and park lights work but low beams do not. I have replaced the MFS and have checked all fuses and wiring and everything checks out. I can not for the life of me find any diagrams on this truck. I have power coming off of my headlight switch and going into the MFS but I do not have power coming out on the low beam circuit. Am I missing something. Really frustrated right now and I can't drive the truck or get plates on it. Also when I flip onto high beam both low beam circuit and high beam circuit coming out of the MFS light up. Needing help!!!

Dumb question, but are there separate bulbs for high and low beam? If so, maybe the low beam bulbs are burned out.

The only simple thing that I can think of to check are the bulbs themselves. Mske sure they're the correct oem bulbs (maybe the prior owner put in replacements?)

Bulbs are brand new didn't make a difference, plus I don't have power coming out of the brand new MFS when you turn on the headlights unless you turn on brights

I had this happen to my '02. The connector in the column where the multifunction switch plugs in had a couple burnt pins. You have to take the cover pieces off the column to get at it.

Checked that before I replaced the MFS infact I changed the connector housings cause mine were broke, of the pins looked good.

If you have power coming into the MF switch (RD/YE) but none coming out where and when it should (RD/BK), guess what?

Don't care how old or new it is.

You still need to verify your readings and observations to keep from getting sidetracked.
