Unison ring opinion
Pulled the turbo to clean and found what I be leave to be abnormal wear.
Looking for opinions??????

That's good news. Saved my self $1500.00
. Back in it goes.
But the bad news is I broke the nipple for the map hose on the intake.
I'll have to order it on Monday so I can have it on Wednesday.
My wife would also like to thank you folks

I threaded mine for a common hose barb. Much simpler/cheaper and readily available. 1/8" NPT pipe tread IIRC.

Partsman I also had that thought but I didn't want to pull the manifold to remove shavings. How did you do yours?

I just used a vacuum with a small tube while and after I tapped the hole. There is actually very very little metal removed.
