A 1930 Model "A" Ford Tudor sedan. My dad bought it when I was 13 in 1971. He and I restored it. I inherited it in 1986. I sold it in 2011. I wish I still had it.
The first one that I bought was a 1968 Mustang. 200 CID six with three on the floor. It was a very lightweight model, much of the car had rusted and fell off by the time I bought it in 1974.
'96 ford explorer limited V6 4x4. bought it with my own money when i was 14 in 2003. poured over $10k in mods into it and it was totaled in a pretty intense crash in 2011. i still have the truck though..refused to give it up.
my first was a 49 international L-190 single axle tractor. i drove that truck for 6 years.
my first official car was a 66 chevy impala i bought when i was 19, and wrecked 3 days later when i hit a patch of black ice.
1963 Olds Holiday 88 Coupe with a 394. Gas guzzling party car...on a good day you could squeeze 7 or 8 buddies in the cavernous front and back seats. The transmission selector read P-N-D-2-R in that order, reverse was all the way down....manual downshifts were carefully executed! Of course I drove it as if it were a race car, not terribly quick off the line but would freely bury the speedo @ 120+.
'61 Chevy station wagon, brown metallic paint, 283 motor with the Power Glide trans---paid a whopping $160 for it. It was the laughing stock of my buddies UNTIL they needed a ride somewhere!
Next favorite was a '56 Ford 2 door Customline I think? 292 Y Block motor, three-on-the-tree trans mission, changed that to a later model full synchro with Hurst floor shifter. Loved that body style, still do!
Had a '63 VW bug that was dubbed the Coupe de amor as it saw a lot of action in that regard----talk about "intimate encounters" !!
Didn't we have this discussion sometime back? Gotta have since it is a common question. For the O.P. it happens to be the Cougar in the signature and sitting in the garage.
'65 Mustang Hardtop, 289 2v, 3 speed. 2.79 or 2.8 gears for a week or two, then 3.0s. Ended up with 14 x 7 Shelby aluminum slot mags, a mild 289, top loader 4 speed. Better shocks and an added leaf in the back. Ran pretty good, but had been wrecked a couple times before I got it. Add another serious wreck while I had it, and it was pretty "out of square" and in need of some straightening work. What it got was a paint job after I sold it, and last I saw, someone was using it as a "family car". Wonder what they hooked the baby seat up to, as there were no rear belts.....
Mine was a '56 ford Fairlane, 292 c.u., auto, am radio radio, Got it at Ford dealer same month the Mustang came out. Front end shimmied like crazy at 40mph, tap the brake and it would quit for a while. king pins were shot to hell so finally replaced 'em. rear engine seal leaked like crazy(some kind of packing in a groove in block and bottom bearing cap) so replaced that. Drove it to NYC from N.C. and coming back the rear seal in tranny blew out south of Richmond,Va. on the toll road. got it to an old guy just off toll road and he fixed it. Took the bus on back to base in N.C., went back next wk-end and he had it fixed. had it bout 3 yrs and sold it to my lil brother. Dad welded the A-frames cause they were cracked. good 1st car. Should have gotten that new 'stang instead but that old '56 did me good considering the miles it had. I have a picture of it and will try to post here.

'62 VW bug. I bought it in '68 from my Dad. It lasted me around a year, until I blew up the engine. Wish I had another one now, I'd like to build another Baja.
