U0306 usually means the FICM has been flashed separately from the PCM ("aftermarket flash") but it doesn't usually cause a problem. It could also mean that it was a FICM from a completely different vehicle. U0105 means that it lost communication with the PCM which might mean that you didn't get it plugged back in properly or turned the key on with it not in the vehicle (maybe).
FWIW--I wouldn't worry about any further diagnostics until I got the FICM repaired (probably your no start anyway). It will give your batteries a chance to get a nice fat 10A charge while it's gone. BTW--it's also a great time to get your batteries load tested separately to see their health. Just make sure they're fully charged first.
ya im going to sent the FICM sent out tomorrow. Should I take the batteries to an auto parts store to have them check it or is that something i can do myself?

You need a load tester to check the batteries. Auto parts stores will do that for free
Don't feel bad, I think it happens to all of us once in a while. Besides, you did see the title of the thread and we knew something was rattling around in there Sometimes we just gotta take the long way around .
Also as you implied above, getting the power side of the FICM working is necessary but it may not be the whole problem.

I don't feel bad at all Rusty--LOL. Following the threads gives me something to do on the slow work days.

Depending on what level of repair (they're all good) and flash you choose probably between $300 and $500 and better than anything you can get from Ford or Navistar.
