Adding a overhead message console in a 2000 xlt
I know that a lariat package had an overhead message console. Can this be added to the 2000 f250 7.3 xlt package? Is the harness already installed, or would I need to run my own wires? What all is required to do this?

You'll have to run your own wires. An easier option would be to just add a rear view mirror with compass and outside temp. You'd still have to run your own wires, but it would be cheaper and easier.

Like stated above, you will have to run all the wiring. Me personally having one in the truck, it has never seen any screen but the outside temp. Roughly 200 dollars what your link shows, I would spend it on other things.

Does it attach to the obd2? I currently have the DP-Tuner infinity installed in the obd2 which is all of my gauges. I wonder, can you get an obd2 splitter? I will have to research that.

Once calibrated and as long as you stay in the same tune, SGII will be accurate unlike the overhead display.
