Parking brake cable source?

Parking brake cable source?
Help! I need a new left (driver's side) parking brake cable for my 78 F250 4x4 Supercab. As far as I can tell, this cable no longer exists. No auto parts stores list it (they list the right, but not the left, or they list 2wd, but not 4wd). Dennis Carpenter doesn't carry it, LMC doesn't seem to employ anyone who knows anything, Ford can't get it. Any ideas?

Yeah, I looked at LMC. They don't specify if their cables are for std cab, supercab, or crew cab, so I called them to ask... they didn't know. I think its pretty safe to assume if they only offer one part number it will be for the std cab.

my supercab 4x4 has an axle out of a std cab but there is extensions in between axle cables and equalizer bracket to specify long bed or short bed (lmc pn 40-1405/ 40-1406) the people on the lmc parts line are strictly operators that don't know a f___ing thing about anything. Same with Ford for that matter.
