Power window trouble
The other day I was going down the road and wanted a little fresh air in the cab so I rolled down both front windows. It was pretty cold outside so a few minutes later I went to roll them up. Driver side went up fine the passenger side, nothing. I still had an hour to go to get home. Once I got home I took the panel off removed the motor and manually put the window back up. It moved freely, no binding there. With the motor out and plugged in I hit the up button, and nothing. So I broke out the volt meter and tested both leads, 12 volts on both up and down. Motor was bad I assumed. Went to AZ to pick up a new one, plugged it in and same thing. Bad new motor? I'm not sure, cause I started checking voltages again and when I would push the up button I would get power on 1 lead but when I pushed the down button I would get power on both leads!! No I didn't type that wrong, the motor will work going down but not up. I am confused now. You would think if I was getting power on both leads when pushing down it wouldn't go down.
I checked what wiring I could that would get chaffed and short, but I haven't pulled the dash. Is there a relay or fusable link that I need to check that would cause this? I'm stumped.
Truck is a 2006 f-250 6.0 king ranch, studded, egr cooler welded, coolant filter, blue spring, zoodad mod, SCT ITSX w/IPad for guages including EGT, and fuel pressure guage.
I know all that wasn't necessary but all work was done by myself and I'm proud. Fuel pressure guage has already saved my injectors once with a bad HFCM.
Here's the wiring diagram. It gets complicated by the master switch being wired to both sides.

Maybe a new switch is easier than troubleshooting all the wiring, but you could have a bad wire or connection.
