Power window driver side going out

I have read on here about several issue that have come from the power windows on our trucks. I dont have my tools on me so I can look into the door panel yet, but I can here (and feel) the relay #4 clicking in the fuse panel. Even though the widow is up I can hit up on the button and it acts like it is going to go up but then I push down and it wont go down. I guess I need to grease the tracks for the slow roll down but can this be a motor going out or just a wiring short. I dont have an ohm meter on me so I can do any electrical research until later. It just started happening this morning. I was thinking about picking up a new motor on the way home to fix it.

I just did my passenger side window. I took it apart (the motor ) just cleaned it with some denatured alcohol, it was full of gunk, made sure the lil brushes made proper contact and greased the tracks. It's working like new once again. It's a DIY project no problem. took me an hour but with no hurries at all..
