It may be out of production that does not mean that Ranger's including 2011 are rare by any means. For that price you could build a Ranger from scratch using just parts and body panels. and it would be lower mileage than his cause it would be new.

I sent the guy selling this truck a message to ask if he was smoking something. He really thinks his truck is worth what he's asking. I told him that I hope he likes it because at that price he's going to have it for a long time.

There is a much rarer Ranger on E-bay right now. It's a true 2004 four door import with a clear FL title. 4 cylinder with manual, 74,000 miles. Bid at $7000 right now.
