2004 leveled
Got a free afternoon and put on Rancho Quicklift loaded. It was a little tougher than the Rancho YouTube video. Both upper control arms are messed up. Required a bunch of hammering on the ball joint spliter. Should get the rear shocks tomorrow from RockAuto. Hope to get it aligned tomorrow. Anybody have any experience with replacing the upper control arm? Suppose to drive 400 miles on Friday. Hope to get it straight before then.
Thanks for everybody's help.

No help on the info you're looking for, sorry. It looks good and thanks for the motivation. I just picked up my 04 screw 4x4 last week, my Rancho's come in today... I can't wait to put them on Friday! I've been greasing all the bolts and threaded areas down with PB Blaster the last week in preparation lol.
If anyone else is looking for them I got mine from autoplicity for $318 shipped..

In my hurry to get it done I sure did. I had a seven hour drive the next day and needed to get it to the alignment shop. After bolting everything together I noticed the control arm contacting the spring. Slowed down for a second and thought there is no way this is correct. Took it back off and installed the right one. I got lots of practice installing and removing the new shocks that day. Sorry, no pics.

Lol yeah it happens... I have to slow myself down or I do the same stuff.. I had a buddy raising my upper control arm with a jack and I was trying to guide my upper ball joint in, but the sway bar end link was pinched in the lower control arm and snapped the sway bar end link.. there went $40 I was anticipating on spending..
