Ive got a 10 Raptor with just under 100K ams on it now and have been told that I need to replace the upper control arms. The quote from ford was around $1200 for parts and labor, plus tax and alignment. I'm not paying that.
There is a definite need to replace them ball joint/control arm. My question is, is there much of a difference between changing them out on the Raptor as opposed to an 08 F150? I do know they aren't the same part, one is bigger, etc. I just want to know if there is anything special I need to do with these shocks or anything to watch out for.
