Frustrated
I bought a set of L&L towers and engine mounts to go from a 302 to 460. The first impression was good but I am not sure now.
I bolted the left tower in and it fit perfect. Tried to bolt in the passenger side and not so great. I could get it to bolt in but it was like it had a twist in it and didn't fit very good at all. I called them up and they were good about it and sent me a different passenger side tower but it is exactly the same as the last one.
So now I set the engine somewhat in place and there is no way it is going to fit with a front sump Canton pan. I looked at the L&L site again and it doesn't say anything about having to use a rear sump pan.
I will call them again tomorrow but I am ready to send it all back.
