1996/97 E350 7.3 psd start / glow problem

This is a rather long story made short.
I got this car with a problem. The pcm relay was clicking like mad. Changed relay but noe help. Last owner had a Edge programer on it and then the problems started.

I have now changed the pcm and the clicking stopped. I can also pull codes now. I get code 476 back exhaust pressure error.

Engine will not start. Wait to start light comes on and goes out in 5-10 seconds. But i notised that the glow relay stays on with 12 volt to plugs all the time. Engine crancs but will not start.
The car has not been used for 6 mounths now.

What to check next.? Hpop oil ?

With the key on, the gpr should have power to both posts for up to 2 minutes.

What.? Yea it has 2. Passenger side and in steering wheel.

I found the right place for it. Center of radiator support.

I got it running and it ran great. But its werry difficult to start. Even more so when its been driven for 10 minutes. Where to look for problems. It gives me no codes but one
P0603 Internal Control Module KAM Error
Reset pcm but stil want start.

My bad, I see you are working on an E series. The F series don't have air bags.
