Fixing Rusted Bed Rails

Hey guys,
I found this thread as I am replacing the middle two supports on my '99 F-150 short box. It's upside down in my yard all ground and cleaned up ready to put new supports in.
Anyone know if they would also be 2" and 2 1/2" like the SuperDuty? My front and rear supports are fine, just the two crappy middle ones which are completely gone - so much so that there is not a single spot I can even measure what the original height of the channel was. Strange thing is that the other rails, wheel arches and bed floor are pretty much rust free.
It looks in your pictures as though there are bed bolts that go through those middle supports, whereas on my 150 they seem to just be welded to the bed floor and sit on the frame rails without fasteners of any kind.
I am guessing the 150/250 frames are different, so I am not sure what the right channel height to pick up tonight is as the bed is lying on the grass now.
My guess is 2 1/2?
