It is the Canadian version of the STX package here. Basically in between the XL and XLT. I've seen them with and without power windows and locks, doubt you could get the high end XLT stuff like Sync, power rear window, heated mirrors etc. They have color matched bumpers, I think they look about the best of any models. Think in '11 you could only get a 5.0L or the V6 if they had it that year.
Pretty much a fancy looking XL without all the XLT bells and whistles and limited powertrain options.
Just building a 2013 and you can get sync with it so maybe it was an option in '11, I was looking at the previous gen and never saw one with it.
XTR Package
Choose this option for your XLT to add the eye-catching new chrome billet-style grille, 18-in. chrome-clad aluminum wheels, chrome front tow hooks (4×4 only), 5-in. chrome tubular running boards and a chrome exhaust tip.
It also includes fog lamps, a SecuriCodeTM keyless-entry keypad, heated side-view mirrors and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
The available 20-in. chrome-clad aluminum wheels add even more visual punch to this already knock-out truck.
The FX4 is built to take you way out.
Standard gear includes: the 5.4L 3-valve V8 FFV engine; 4×4 Electronic Shift-On-the-Fly (ESOF); off-road tuned shocks; a 3.73 electronic-locking rear differential axle; and skid plates to help protect the front cross-member, transfer case, and fuel tank.
You’ll negotiate tight trails and parking spots with ease thanks to the standard Reverse Sensing System and the rubber off-road floor mats are also included to help collect the dirt from your adventures.
Fog lamps and 18-in. wheels enhance its rugged appeal, while the optional FX4 Luxury Package adds sport leather-trimmed seats and much more.

We also have the STX here and a XTR is defiantly not a US STX
