I have never seen that remote, but I would guess it is remote star. Try pressing it twice within 2 seconds and see what happens haha

I have pressed it about 147 times.. LOL It says Ford Motor Company on the back. I would assume that it is OEM

Its on a 08 KR F-350

I am!! It isn' doing anything.. Maybe it starts the previous owners second vehicle.. I bet they ae mad as hell right about now.
