Thank you for the response. It's fully updated and I deleted and re-installed the app twice. No fix.

I did that that as well. After I activate the sim, do I have to wait a certain period of time for things to kick in so it works? Or is it instantly supposed to work?

Did you set up your Remote Access account and pay the $49 subscription fee? The description seems to indicate you need that as well, but it's not very clear.

The truck needs a modem installed, special harnesses, and configuration, it's only available from factory. You have to use the remote start FOB. It also can't report to FordPass, odometer, fuel tank status, warning lights ect without the modem. This is available on many other fords, Lincolns, but not on a SD as yet that I am aware.

Are you using IOS or Android? I have it installed on my Android phone and my Android tablet and both work great with all four options.
