I have never been that disciplined and won't likely be at this point in my life. It also doesn't help that I can't do direct deposit at work. And even if I did, having multiple accounts with small balances isn't realistic these days due to services fees and minimum balance requirements.

I agree too. Most bank accounts offer very little in interest and more in fees and hassles.
I love getting a big refund. We have other savings accounts that we put away for big purchases or rainy days. But, I really like the big refund. This year, it was quite helpful and timely to help pay my well bill. Albeit, a very small chunk of that. Next time, I'm drilling my own. ;-)

Good morning Jay! We are heading up to Brainard to meet some friends and stay at the hotel up there with the waterpark. Should be fun. We were just gonna go tomorrow and stay the night but if it is gonna be icy in the morning then I said we are going tonight to avoid that crap.
