Yeah, someone broke in while the renters were out golfing on Friday. They didn't seem to take anything but they put up a bunch of AT&T Security system decals in the windows. AT&T got out of that business 10 years ago. It is really weird. Not sure if they were marking the house to come back later or what.
That sucks Jay. Sorry to hear that. We've never had a house broken into, but we've had our vehicles broken into.
While I was in college, some schmuck stole all of my college textbooks out of my vehicle, but left about $1,000 CDs and about $1000 worth of stereo equipment alone.
A few years ago someone broke into our van in our driveway and stole my wife's counseling files (WTF?). They probably thought there was something valuable since they were in a locked case.
Dogs work better than security systems (cheaper too). Carley has a nice loud bark when someone comes to the house. That usually deters a cowardly thief.
Wow. That's no good Jay! I've always thought it'd be handy to have wireless webcam or security cam linked with my computer for when I'm not at my apartment. My bed room door doesn't lock and am just leery of anything my roommate(S) do... It'd be nice if I just had something to back up my paranoia. lol
That could be a good time to have video. LOL

I had a diamond bracelet stashed in my old truck for a few days before our anniversary one year and it got stolen. That really sucked.

A dog may get a little hungry and warm locked in the house all summer. Plus the smell would be terrible after a while...

On second thought... maybe I don't want to see that video. If I end up doing that someday, I'll send the video to you at work just in case it provides some kind of entertainment...
Anything valuable in my vehicle gets locked in a safe.
