i appreciate all the help guys! thats why i love this forum! he said the trucks been sitting for over 10 years. if the engine is seized is it still rebuildable? he said that it ran perfect before parking it. im gonna take the truck anyway tho lol. would that have everything i need to swap it in my 80-86?

Just because it's been sitting for 10 years doesn't necessarily mean the engine will be seized. The first thing I would do is pull the spark plugs and squirt some oil into the cylinders.
Another thing I would do before trying to turn it over is remove both valve covers and take a hammer and tap the valve end of each rocker arm. If any valves are stuck you feel/hear a definite different sound. A stuck valve will have a solid feel, like you're striking a solid chunk of iron. While the covers are off. squirt some oil around the valve stems and rocker arms too.
