The frame may look tweaked because there's no body on it and it has all different size tires on it on uneven ground. I'm sure it's just flexed a little.

Without seeing the cab except for it peeking through a pile of rubble, I'd say it's $1000 pile of parts at best, maybe less in today's economy. There's 100 gomers willing to tear something to pieces for every one who is capable of putting anything back together.
I'm fully capable of rebuilding that truck. I still wouldn't pay that kind of money for that beat up of a truck. Especially if the frame is bent as it appears to be. Running driving crews aren't much more, when they do pop up. $5500.00 plus rebuilding the thing equals a lot of cash.
