map sensor mess. AE help?

been having problems with my map i think. wot it wont even barely rev. have to start out in low or she dies. also throws a ses of low boost pressure. unplug the map and she flies from idle till u let off. when map is plugged in and u finaly get up to 2000rpm she spools and runs great. will a auto enginuity help for this issue? thanks

correction it does not throw a ses light. plled the code with a super chip scanner

In this case... a boost gauge, some form of an OBDII gauge, or a scan tool (like AE) will help. If your tailpipe is real smokey (black), you may have lost some or all of your boost.
