Look between the cab and the bed of the truck and see if you can see the rectangular vents. They are about 3"x5", if they are there you can't miss them. If you can see them on the outside but not the inside, then someone must have covered them over.

Found them between the bed front and cab back. I can see the inside part when I move the "decorative wall" covering. The wall thing looks OEM the way its on there. Haven't had any thoughts on the wheel weight but going to get that checked tomorrow to see if it is the cause before trying to remove that decoration behind the back seat. Will report back a status.

I would say that looks like missing wheel weights. Now all you have to do is take it to the last place that balanced your wheels and show them that and they wil probably rebalance for free. Or at least give you a deal I would think. Thanks for the pics that makes diagnosis much easier.

Just last month had a u joint, the rear most one on the drive shaft go bad and it created an ear drum pounding pressure effect in the cab. This was on a 94 f150 short bed 4x4. It actually hurt your ears to drive the truck.
