broken rear window
If you have to replace the entire back window (I don't know if you can just replace the one slider without having to take out the whole window anyway) Pop the old one out. Some windows have kind of a locking strip that needs to be taken out first. Others just start prying the rubber loose from the inside, you may have to take out some trim panels. Put some pressure on the window as you pry the rubber loose and keep working your way around the sides and top of the window, at this point the window should move away from the top and you can just lift it out.
When you go to install the new window put a piece of rope around the rubber in the groove that the cab sits in, with the 2 ends overlaping at the bottom of the window and on the inside of the cab. I usually use some dish soap that is watered down as lubricant all over the rubber. Place the bottom of the window in place as best as you can so it is centered. Then have a helper start pulling the ropes SLOWLY as you put pressure on the window from the outside where the rope is being pulled the rubber should slip over the cab metal as the rope gets pulled by it you will have to watch and do some wiggling but the window will seat in the cab metal. In some cases you may require a sealent to seal the rubber to the back of the cab I dont know about this.
The last one I put in the wife and I did in about 15 mins
Good luck
