the navy has so many jobs one is the by-god jets those f-16,f-15,everything you can think of and that is what i want to be in. i study everyday for it i know everything about jets. ask away!
Hey kid.....................hate to burst your bubble but an F15 & F16 are not Navy Jet's...................they are AIR FORCE JETS.
If the Navy is what you want to be in then you need to think more on the line of F18, F14, A6, EA6, S3, E2, P3, C130, B707, DC9, H3, H2, H46, H53, T2, T45. Those are a few. If you need help remembering then let me know.
Well while were on the topic, I did 9 loooooooong years in the Navy as an Air Traffic Controller (here that Ford3) and was stationed on the USS Neverdock, I mean USS Forrestal and then finished up at NAWC Patuxent River. It was an experience but THANK GOD I got out.
Ah, the Forrestal, source of that really annoying damage control video we all have to watch again and again I think by now the fleet knows that armed missiles on the flight deck are a bad idea
I'm actually an Aegis type, stationed on the mighty cruiser USS Hue City. I'm transfering out ot New Mexico this week though, they're going to let me blow stuff up on land now

Well, if the organization that wants to preserve the Forrestal as a Museum doesnt pull through, you will be shaving with it in the future. I think it's still in the yards in Philly. How long have you been in? I didnt make chief so I got out on terminal leave in Sep. 1994. It's hard to believe it been 9 years. Thank God I didnt make E7.
