how do y remove battery tray?
89 Ford Econoline battery tray i couldnt find where bolt to remove look like tray come with bracket togther?
LMC truck has new battery tray it not come with bracket just tray but there no way to off tray from bracket? look like weld togther?

Do you have an image of your vehicle showing the battery tray as its installed now?
I'm a bit surprised those more familiar with the older body styles haven't added their experience. Hope someone comes along that's more helpful.

here picture my old tray there no bolt to off old tray it seem welded it. =(

I had an '88 E150 that had this same issue and IIRC my mechanic of the time removed the lower bracket that the tray is welded onto. You might want to look under the tray and if possible remove whatever holds the assembly to the body or frame. I'm sure you've already thought about this though!
Once that's out of the van it might be easier to see how it was originally attached. Once its reassembled I'd paint or coat the new tray on all surfaces with a rust inhibiting material so this doesn't happen again too soon.

Do my eyes deceive me? Or does your old battery tray not even have a single rust hole through it?
In any event, I've frequently seen much worse, the trays being riddled w/holes, like Swiss Cheese.
Yours doesn't even show signs of corrosion wallowing out the factory punched drain holes.
If I were you I'd wire brush the snot out of that puppy. Wash off all the loosened crap. Dry it, repaint it & forget about removing & replacing it.
