2002 F150 Screw... The other day I had a passenger in the truck with me. He tried to roll down the window in subzero weather and the window was frozen shut. The motor overcame the ice and pull the window down but I think a bracket come off the window. Now the window does not go up-and-down straight It is a little cockeyed. I've never tried to get inside the door of my pickup has anyone been in theirs to fix a motor or something like that? How do you access it? Once I get in, How do you reattach the glass to the motor and bracket that holds the window?
Tthe outer most hardware has to come off first, then the panel.
Look at it to find the screws to remove the arm rest etc.
The arm rest cover has the control switches and the power cable connectors that have to be unplugged.
This cover has a push fastener that hold it in place one end.
After the panel is off there is a water barrier stuck in place.
Access is still limited even with the door cleared of all the items.
Once you begin, you will see how it was assembled.
Good luck.
