Window seems misaligned

Window seems misaligned

my drivers side window pushes on the rubber door glass run so much that it actually mashes it into the channel that it sits. I've rolled the window down and pulled it out with pliers many times. Is it possible that the window is misaligned? If so, how does one realign it?

Is the regulator arm tweaked at all? With the door panel off, roll the window up and down and have a look at the arm. It should be obvious if something is bending or not doing what it's supposed to.
