So when the truck sits in 30 to 40 degree weather it will crank but does the extended crank with white smoke from the tail pipe. If I leave it pluged in at night it starts up perfect every time, Its been throwing GP codes and Ive been waiting on a GPCM for sometime. The Gpcm wouldnt cause this problem would it? I run T6 and all temps are fine, on start up the FICM is always at 48

 

Mine did. I got one from Auto Zone and switched it out. The back of the GPCM looked heat cracked so I broke it open and it was burnt up. I had FICM issues later down the road, but that fixed it for a while.
