Another Shifter Issue
Months ago, The shifter was stuck and wouldn't move. Turns out it was the infamous torx screws under the dash - easy fix thanks to this site. Today my wife complained that the shifter needle wouldn't go all the way in "P". Each gear was one letter off. I checked the torx screws, but they were tight. I looked some more and saw there was a broken plastic bracket for the shifter cable. So I pulled the cable down and wrapped a couple of wire ties around the housing to fix the problem. Not my idea.
