Don, I would say that most people don't know what they want. Sounds like you have a clear sense of direction. Understanding that and being able to accept that is one of the most important things people can learn.

Morning Tiny. I just don't know what to do if people won't listen to somebody with the experance. Drives me crazy, but not any more. I'm done with all this crap, and will just go on working on projects and helping my long term customers. Just sad that I have to watch this go dowhill when I have the ability to make it work, but I'll get over it, I hope.....
