Morning Allen! It's already worked great! Used it yesterday before it is even finished.........
Today I'll mount the sockets on all 4 sides. This will allow me to use my big vice on any side, and will work for several other things also...

That "parts washer" looks good, but you wanna bet she wouldn't know one end of a wrench from the other? Think she would get grease on her hands and be of ANY help? Not gonna happen! I think I'll keep Melody around................lol

I picked up a AMX drag car from an ol buddy that was just to old to run it anymore a couple of years ago. I've already built a 401 big block for it, and have been looking for a straight axle for it. I've got 6 different companies that have said they'll sponsor it. just need to get it done. It already has the roll cage installed and has a complete fiberglass front end. Mikes straight axle will help reduce front end weight...

I'll have to take some pics today. It's behind 4 other rigs, and jammed into a corner of the yard behind the shop.......
After I built the 401 I had it dino'd at Power Roll and it produced 523hp at 7,200rpm.
Should run in the mid 10's. I hope............lol

I lived right behind a drag strip in high school. Mom and dad hated it, but I loved it! Even had my own gate behind the house. Led right into the pits! The owners were great with me. I use to go in there during the week and clean up the place and help out during race day.
Harley's been wanting to do some racing, so I bought this car, and now it looks like we'll be working on it this fall and winter. Hope to have it ready for next season!
