He is building a 75Ft sailing boat from scratch, and I mean from scratch. He installs a controllable pitch propeller, after making repairs to it and making his own blades.

It was about 33,34 degrees this morning alongside the Rogue between Grants Pass and Merlin........i enjoy the dramatic seasonal changes here, we didnt get that in the SF Bay Area
