Most of this week will be spent working on the base for the LLC. Cleaning up the place and doing some repair work. I'll try and sneak in some time to finish up the wiring for the lathe also. I took the electrical boxes from the lathe yesterday and WOW! That was an accident waiting to happen......Single phase box wired up with 3 phase wiring. NO safety interlocks or even fuses, and corrosion EVERYWHERE!

Glad I've been saving electrical parts/boxes for years...... It will be done RIGHT this time...

I always wonder about "some people".........................lol

My granddad told me a "saying" when I was 7 years old that I repeat all the time, and now Harley is repeating it also......

"There's never time to do it right, but always time to do it again" It's stuck with me for almost 60 years, and is sooo true!

And that is so damn true. I pretty much beat that into the heads of my kids. "Do it right, Do it once."

Good morning Oregon FTE gang and friends.

Morning Don and Pat.

I've got a meeting in a few minutes then heading out to babysit a construction project... Just in case they actually need something, we'll be ready for it.

Spent several hours yesterday... my only day off this weekend, removing and replacing our kitchen faucet. Ugh!

The Navy taught me that. Not a whole lot of error on aircraft, so it needs to be done right. Same thing with this place.

I think that mindset comes with age. We get more patient as we get older. But, I'm also counseling patience to my kids. Not an easy sell, let me tell you!!LOL
