Dave, take a day or two off and come back to it. No need losing a good friend (Your Ranger...) Sometimes walking away and coming back fresh is all it takes. Just saying.........

It's VERY frustrating....A weekend wasted on this turd, this new shift gives me no time to work on it in the evenings and everything is long closed by the time I get home.
Gonna call trans X-change and see if they can help.

Why would the clutch release lever be flopping lose back and forth with NO tension on it with the clutch/engine in place?
This makes NO sense.

Just got off the phone with Trans X, they are going to get me a NEW release lever and pivot ball stud............Here's hoping!
