I guess word is getting around. I had a guy show up last night and give me a $600 check for his past due storage bill. That was half of what he owed, but he said he'll be back in another week with the balance. The LLC is very happy with me for getting these deadbeats to pay!
I gave them a 24 hour demand letter yesterday. If they don't make suitable payment arrangements then they'll get a 72 Hour eviction notice. Then the sheriff can lock them out. Tough love..........
2 of the renters have paid up in full, and two others have made large payments and agreed to make up the back rent. We are slowly getting back to where we should be, but the owners are very happy with the way I'm managing the place now, so all is good!
That would be cool, but not necessary. I'm pretty sure they have an idea of my management style by now...........lol
I'm really not a bad guy, really........But a contract is a contract, and you either pay up or get the hell out!
When we took over managment three month ago there was almost $15,000 owed by renters. That amount is down to less than $5,000 today. Must be doing something right......

I'm working at it Allen. I only know one way to do it, and that is the right way! I just wish I owned the whole damn thing. I would make some major changes, and this place would blossom. I have a waiting list with 10 people that want a rental, and eight more homes that need remodeled. That alone would bring in an extra $5,000/month.......
Have a great day Allen! I'm by myself today. Harley and Melody have Dr apointments in The Dalles today. Still have a ton of work to get ready for the GTG this weekend along with all the normal work to do.......
I was heading to the shop, but will wait to see our moron Pres speak this morning....
He's trying to do something to take the pressure off himself for the three scandals that are active right now. I think he is doomed to failure I think. Even some Democrats are moving as far from him as they can. I think he'll be a "lame duck" for the rest of his term. We can only hope..........
