That was the first thought I had, using that to wash parts!

Great minds think alike...................lol

I would have used it myself, but I got the automatic washing machine to use instead. Put the parts in a tray, slide it into the chamber and close the cover. Turn the machine on and walk away! it will use the heated chemical from my hot tank, no scrubbing necessary!

Mornin Gerry! It's a great tool for cleaning greasy parts! It's going to one of my chapter members.

Be pretty easy to hook that up to a resevior and a pump for parts cleaner.

Yep! And with two deep sinks, one could be for dirty solvent, and one for clean solvent. A win, win deal!

Should make a nice setup for his shop. The sinks are 24"X24" by 16" deep, and the whole thing is stainless steel. Should last forever................

Just received an email from one of the base owners. He authorised me to go after the couple that lied to me about their back rent. Told me to do what I want including giving them a 72 hour notice to vacate. I don't think they are going to be very happy with me tonight. They get ONE chance with me. Sign a promissory note for the $3,300 in back rent and make a plan to pay it off, or they get a 72 hour notice to vacate. If they don't pay in 72 hours, I change the locks. Once the locks are changed if they enter, they go to jail for trespass..........

Oh joy.............

What a pain. Hopefully they pay you, so you don't have to deal with the alternative.

They don't have the money to pay. They promised to pay with their tax refund, but the guy just went out and bought a dirt bike with the tax check instead of paying the rent. I have NO clue where they could move to. There are absolutly NO rentals in condon.......

I have no problem booting their butts out. No rent, get the hell out!

Just can't fix stupid, can you. Sounds like it's time for them to go. I have no sympathy for people that act so stuipid. Hope he can live on that dirt bike!

I do feel bad for his cute little wife, and two preschool kids, but she married the looser. I'm not in the business of giving housing away for free. This is a business, not welfare......
