Feeling pretty good. Another trip up there today. I'll have one more next week. The level of care seems to be excellent and the two top Doc's on the team are Chiefs of the Department as well as associate prof's over at OSHU.
Damn glad their helping you! Not so much for others I know........
Robin, my disabled Nam Vet across the street has had nothing but problems with the VA. He is on Morphine for his pain (along with a ton of other meds.....) and they have forgotten to send his prescription four out of the last five months. Not very much fun watching my buddy withdraw from Morphine, and nothing I can do.....
I use https://www.myhealth.va.gov/mhv-port...eLabel=mhvHome to order my BP and Cholesterol stuff. Never have any problems getting the refills. Just log into the above site, go to the Rx page, check a box and 3 to 4 days later it is in the mail box. (other than getting it set up was pain due to the privacy and authentications you have to go through).
They come in 90 day supplies and it takes 3 to 4 business days to get them. Morphine may be a different thing altogether. Is Robin's meds pills or injectable?
Since this other stuff started with me, there has been a couple of times they wanted me to go on antibiotics and actually overnighted the stuff - one of the Rx's coming in on Saturday morning.
Thanks for sharing the link, I'll give it to Rob. The Morphine is a different deal from what I hear from Rob. Can only come in 30 day doses, and only from the pharmacy at VA in Portland. He couldn't even get it locally from our Pahrmacy in Condon when he was going through withdrawal. I just can't emagine going through withdrawal and getting all the pain back at the same time.
Have a great day! Time for me to get to the shop and off thei damn puter.......

This has been my exact experience, too. Over-all, I'm quite happy with the care I receive at the VA.
I suspect all the computerized stuff helps them from dropping me through the cracks.

HOT! Though it's ten degrees cooler today, and will be cooling off as the week pays out.
I have a website to re-do annually, and I've been trying to work on it this week, so it's "inside work". I still go outside to dabble with a couple of things, too, but don't spend much time there until evening.
The lefties are still left, and I can't convince them of just how wrong they are. They'll have to find out for themselves, the hard way, but they'll be taking us all on that ride, and I'd prefer to not go there.
Otherwise, all's well. We have our health, even if not lotsa' bux.
Our hottest day of the year, about 98 out right now. After this winter, I'm perfectly fine with it! Yeah, I remember the goofballs when I was stationed out there, I don't envy you, being surrounded by them!
it's nice to come on here and see all you guys talking to each other like you've been friends for 20 years. I can't make it to this years get together. but I will next year. we are moving to Bandon by June 15. I hope you guys all have a good time\\\ Ford fun ///Bear.
Thanks Bear, always have a good time talking to Don. Sorry you can't make it this year, there is always next year. Chris read your post, to bad they stuck it in with your Ford time.
Morning Rob. Ya, I'm a little bummed. Was looking forward to seeing Chris and his wife. Good people. Really looking forward to seeing Dave, but I guess it just wasn't made to be. Looking forward to seeing you buddy!
Yeah, I am having a hard time coming up with a very precious commodity.........free time.
Wife wants me all to herself, work wants me all to themselves, it's nice to be wanted, but where do I find middle ground?
I would really like to host a west side GTG, got a spectacular venue right here at the house...........But NO time.
And now they are hitting us with 4 buck gas again.
