Good to see some sunshine this morning. Maybe I can get a few chores done outside today.
Had a good birthday party yesterday at the in-laws. Our oldest niece turned 10 and my brother-in-law turned 37. The gifts that we got them made both of them smile from ear to ear.
36*, wet, blue sky at the moment, but some real nasty looking stuff just a few minutes to the west of us. Stand by Tiny, should get to you in an hour or so!
Anybody out there know anything about 2007 Mercury Montego's with the AWD and CVT tranny? Have a chance to buy one, but know nothing about that constant V tranny. Really nice car, but the last thing I need is a really big headache.
The Cadillac is going down the road just as fast as I can rid myself of the PITA so we need a 2nd to replace it.
That's part of my problem with the Cadillac. Computer and a sideways motor. It only has 140K on the clock and is probably the most comfortable car I have ever been in, but it has become a first class PITA. You can't fix it fast enough to get ahead of the next in line problem........between electronics and the mechanical, just can't keep up with it and have lost all desire to do so.
Found a lot of good reviews on the AWD and constant tranny but have also seen just enough bad ones to make me wonder...........................................
Something tells me if we do sell it, I'm going to have "friends" coming out of the woodwork............lol
I've got several weeks worth of work to do to update the prospectus we did in 1992. Fuel is more expensive, and other points will have to be re-figured (including the HUGE increase in the price of gold), but the total gold reserves values is now around 116 MILLION $$$$$!!!
We are talking about a sale price of five million, and I own half.........
