To be more specific the 80-86 window glass and vent assembly is different so you have to swap them as a set. The 87-97 glass is the same but the 92-97 vent assembly is different.
So you can swap the whole door with glass intact and it's fine. You can swap the glass and vent assembly and it's fine. You can't swap the glass without the vent assembly...
