Any of you traveling in Tennessee?

This rig is sitting in the parking lot of the hotel i just got to a while ago, visiting family here in Athens, TN. Didnt look close to see if it was modded or anything, was just wondering if it was someone on here. 7.3L. hope you all had a great christmas

maybe i should put a link to air bags on a sticky note on his windshield

I have a friend with a white version of that truck with a large toy hauler like that. It makes his truck squat the same way and when I mentioned air bags, he said he had spent all his money on the camper and would have to wait a while for the bags.

That trailer has to be maxed out on 2 axles. I had a 34' jayco eagle that could have easily taken 3 axles, but I never noticed my truck squatting that low with it. It would touch the back up springs, but just barely. The new camper doesn't squat me nearly that much, even with the new truck.

Speaking of, I like his color combo...

Here's mine

Thanks, the jayco was pretty big, but still not as loaded as the truck in the first post. I'd say scrap the airbags and go right for a dually if I were him.

On fifth wheels it kind of gives that impression, but you have to take into account the weight above the truck. Also, it depends on how the storage compartments and holding tanks are situated.

All of my storage and all but one holding tank are forward of the axles. Really all that's behind the axles is the kitchen and dinette. It's pretty well balanced for weight from what I can tell.

His looks like it may have an open floor plan in the back, so the kitchen and all the storage is likely forward the axles. He'll have a couch, recliner, and maybe an entertainment center behind, and that's it... I don't think it's a toy hauler because the slide is too far back.

I dont believe it is a toy hauler, it has a massive window in the back with shades. Pretty decent sized trailer actually, im guessing he will be gone in the morning or else id check it out a little more

i thought you got one of those so you did not have to pay for rooms?
he may need to get the bags, or move some thing around to get the weight off the truck.
