Another question..is there a test to tell if I have any glow plugs out??
For future readers of this thread...make sure you do this the FIRST time you pulled the valve covers so you don't have to do it twice. When in doubt, at $12 per Motorcraft glowplug...it's cheap to replace. Cheaper than paying a mechanic to simply throw a code reader on your truck to "diagnose" your problem incorrectly.
