So, the side I thought would be the tougher side to get to wasn't that bad at all..probably took me a little over an hour to fix..and Yes, it was the harness..another quarter and she was fixed..Running Good..Thanks for all the advise...looks like I was at least heading down the right road.
Another question..is there a test to tell if I have any glow plugs out??

Yes there is...you need to ohm them out from the plug on the UVCH. Here is a thread that might help you. If you find any weak ones, just replace them all.
For future readers of this thread...make sure you do this the FIRST time you pulled the valve covers so you don't have to do it twice. When in doubt, at $12 per Motorcraft glowplug...it's cheap to replace. Cheaper than paying a mechanic to simply throw a code reader on your truck to "diagnose" your problem incorrectly.
