1999 f250 electrical problems....please help
Started with windshield wipers, they quit working. Motor is good not getting fire to motor. I pulled steering wheel down and check around for cut wires or smashed wires and found nothing. Now my power windows and locks will not work and every time i hit the lock but the dome light comes on! Also when driving down the road and i mash the window switch my speed gauge jumps down about 5 mph. I have checked all corresponding fuses and relays and all are good. Could somebody point me in the right direction!

Look for a wet floorboard at your feet when it rains. These trucks have a common problem of minor windshield leaks, and it runs down the inside of the firewall, and corrodes the fuse box and the GEM module. The GEM module is on the driver's side in the neighborhood of the fuse box, and it has a circuit board that controls most everything in the truck, including the stuff you are having trouble with.
