This stuff has been swirling around in my head and to put it into a list is shocking, a real reality check. I'm not going to get all this done, all I can say is OMG, what have I gotten myself into?? I'm sure I've forgotten a few things. I want to know who's bright idea was it to get a dually cc? LOL

1. John Woods trans-DONE
2. GP relay switch-DONE
3. Brakes-DONE
4. Front end alignment to be done Tuesday. DONE
5. Take off fuel bowl and install E fuel.
6. Send injectors to Jim for stage II's.
7. Remove DP & stock exhaust, install diamond eye 4" turbo back exhaust.
8. Send in HPOP to Joey for a T500.
9. Mod the fuel tank filler necks.
10. Replace multifuntion switch (no emergency flashers working)
11. Replace GP's
12. Replace UVCH's
13. Installl s366 turbo and IC mount kit.
14. Install IC
15. Install 6.0 trans cooler
16. Swap aluminum radiator out of the mule into the mare.
17. Swap starters
18. Swap alternators DONE
19. Swap batteries DONE
20. Swap GPR's DONE
21. Install new U joints & carrier bearing.
22. Trans filter
23. Coolant filter
24. 6637
25. CCV mod
26. New water pump
27. switch over water injection, don't connect it up LOL
28. switch over my aux fuel tank
29. switch over my 5th wheel hitch & tailgate.
30. switch over dual tensioner mod DONE
31. switch over the new coolant overflow tank
32. switch over the FS2500 oil bypass
33. switch over the my diy oil cooler
34. switch chips, Tony's into the mule and Beans into the mare. DONE
35. put new raditor hoses in
36. Install 5 gauges, fuel pressure, oil pressure, EGT, coolant temp, boost. Scan guage already switched over.
37. Switch Map sensors DONE
38. Switch mule's HVHF Swamps IDM over from mule to the mare DONE
39. Change out passenger seat belt, its torn.
40. Get a new toolbox.

Thanks guys, now that I've slept on it, the 'swaps' and 'switch's' will be easy. Like the alternator for example, I'm not leaving a high output it in the mule. The main thing will be e fuel, turbo, IC, trans cooler, injectors, exhaust.

 

Forgot, put swamps HVHF IDM into the mare and the 140v IDM that I had in the mule for years back in. Another thing that I've had done already is the bed rino (rhino sp?)coated, turned out really nice!

 

Glenn are you keeping the mule ?

This is going to be a very interesting thread, sure wish I could have came down for the winter, I would have loved to have spent some dime helping out. Ya never know I might have just learned something too How is your suspension on the mare? Mine would be a little better if I had air bags as it just don't set quite level enough for me. I handles good though, my pin weight is a little high at close to 3k.
