Are you still liking that new turbo? Or not driving it because of the springs.

I havent been driving it for a number of reasons. The back left leaf spring is broke from not having any shocks for so long. (Shock mounts rusted off). Plus i have my bumper off for the new lift. I have a gas saver that i drive to work also. And i thought i had a axle seal leak but now we think it is the brakes leaking. So really i need to fix the brakes and suspintion befor i drive it too much. Sorry for the rant, i am really happy with the turbo.

Just talked to my dad and that is the place. He told me to talk to andy there. I bet they would be cheaper than ford.

Put my Stancor GPR in the mare and the mare's into the mule. Switched over my SD dual tensioner mod from the mule to the mare. Also put my mean green alternator into the mare. Starting to run out of little things to do, can't wait to get into the shop!

Looking good Glenn. I hate to say it but you will need to take the stancor back off for the plenums later. O well that wont take long. You get all the little stuff out of the way you will be able to concentrate on the turbo and e fuel. Did the e fuel come from irate?

I finally got the e fuel yesterday. I thought the same thing about the alternator, it will have to be moved to get that fuel line on, probably! Oh well, just going a little crazy, LOL.

Aaron, that tensioner is nice. I kept wearing the edge of my belts until I did this mod. I bought a new tensioner for the mule before I did this mod so I'll put that back on the mule, I actually found it and my gator belt!

Didn't do much today but made a weird discovery. Finished putting the single tensioner back together and then decided to change out the batteries. Swaped the first XS Power battery over and the year and one half old Delco's 850cc battery from the mare to the mule. When I pulled the second XS Power battery I found this:

Is that weird or what. Its like it was frozen and I'm not in freezing weather. The other end isn't as bad but the whole thing looks like an egg. Monday I will be calling XS Power for a replacement. $320 for a battery, I don't expect this. It still has 12.6 volts.

Travis, check this out!!

I've seen gel cells blow out like that from being over charged and never used, but never a car battery. Wonder if the same thing can happen. Didn't you say you are using a bigger alternator?
